Sage 200 Account Manager
You’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships to gain a deep understanding of client businesses, their priorities and strategies, so that you can work collaboratively to confidently propose solutions that support their challenges and ensures Datel adds value across their broader organisation.

By developing and implementing effective account development strategies including relationship mapping and management of opportunity pipeline you’ll maximise revenue spend per account to ensure targets are exceeded.
You‘ll possess excellent communication skills and gravitas with all stakeholders, (both at clients and within Datel), be creative, upbeat and innovative and with strong commercial acumen in terms of managing pipeline and understanding commercial drivers and value based selling you’ll facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

You’ll have a keen interest in technology and be passionate about it being used to deliver real business value so that you maintain a detailed knowledge of our products and services.
With the support of successful marketing, pre-sales and service delivery teams you’ll enjoy being proactive in winning opportunities and being able to collaborate with internal resources or subject matter experts to assist you in the sales process.

You’ll report to Simon Nichols ( who before becoming Account Development Manager has carried out this role with great success so understands fully the demands and rewards.
